Andon : Shedding Light on Japanese Art
Society for Japanese Arts



The society's magazine is called Andon.
Andon was first published in 1981. Since then over 70 issues have been sent to our members. The bulletin contains illustrated articles on various aspects of Japanese art as well as book reviews. Among its regular contributors are scholars such as Jan Dees, Matthi Forrer, Heinz & Else Kress, John Fiorillo, Helen Merritt and Ellis Tinios.
